Chris says I need a new mobile phone before I need a mobile. Which may be true. But I hate talking on the phone and I really like this. We shall see.

If you can make your own jewelry, why not find stuff and make one of those? Spend that 90 bucks on say....shoes!

I agree...that does look quite make-able!
The hard part for making it would be finding just the right materials (petals, just the right wire - bendable but heavy enough to not move around and light enough to be mobile), but it could be done, and the top, which I can't see on any of the pics on the site. But if you could figure out how to make it look nice up top (would require a little creativity), you could totally do it yourself.
